Fantastic Stay!

My family and I had a fantastic stay over the Christmas holiday. The hosts were incredibly supportive of our requests during our stay, as we did not have a rental car. They arranged for private transportation to and from local attractions as well as the airport. The house was fully stocked with all of the items that you would expect including some beach gear that included towels, coolers, and some snorkeling gear. The Kimpton hotel which is right down the street has a fantastic beach and several gourmet restaurants, easily within 5 minutes walk. We utilized the private chef that was recommended by the hosts and have nothing but a good things to say, the food was top-notch! Please be aware, you are on an island so island time is a thing, just be flexible! We asked the hosts if by some chance they had a Christmas tree and they did! They even had some ornaments that we were able to put on the tree, which helped bring the Christmas spirit. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing Place

Amazing place and even better hosts! Chantelle and Paul live right next door, and if there were any issues, they were so quick to respond! They helped unload bags, made great recommendations, brought us alloy leaves for a couple of people thay got sunburnt and were super friendly. Can't say enough about our great stay! Thanks so much for the great week!

Property was very clean and owners live on site had many recommendations for food and transportation there are a lot of steps to get to upper floor but the views are amazing you will not be disappointed in this house

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this location. The views were great as we could see both beaches, the amenities on hand were great such as the beach towel bag, the tumblers and the cooler bags. The hosts were very helpful and helped us plan everything we needed. Everything was well kept and up to date. If we needed anything they were there to assist and replace, as the TV went out and they brought in another one without hesitation. The chef (Jenni)they recommended was amazing, we would definitely come back and we don’t go to places twice.

Wow

Wow, Paul and Chantalle are the best host we have ever encountered on a online rental platform. The service did not stop after check-in, they helped us the entire trip, made reservations, went way above our greatest expectation for host. The view from Villa Topaz has to be one of the best on the island. You can see both sides of the ocean. Nice constant breeze. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and A+ service all the way.

Gorgeous Location and Outstanding In Every Way

Villa Topaz exceeds pictures, descriptions and testimonials. The location is perfect- close to beach, with great views that preserve privacy; the layout and amenities are first class, showing a designer's touch and a builder's attention to detail... Most importantly, the hosts are top-notch: professional and courteous in every manner. My husband and I stayed in the Guest Villa while the rest of our party was in the Main Villa. The Villa is gorgeous and the perfect place to get away.

Spectacular Place!

What a spectacular place! Very new and very well thought out design. Location: The house is located in the high-end section called Light House Estates on a great piece of property in the West Bay region. Walking to the beach is just down a hill (about 5 minutes) - where you can also find water taxis to the West End. Plenty of options for food and shopping nearby, although we found rental cars were convenient for driving to restaurants for dinner. House: Very cool main house with lots of bells and whistles - very nicely designed, very clean. Pool deck on the top floor has views to the ocean on both sides of the island. Kitchen on the top floor is extremely well equipped. There is a large social area also on the top floor. 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor - all with en suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are beautiful and most have showers that are open to the outside while being totally private. 1 bedroom with separate entrance on the 1st floor with en suite entrance. Villa has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, social area, and a small pool. We rented the whole house and villa together for 8 people - it was almost too much room. Hosts: Chantelle and Paul are super nice people. They built the home recently and seem very invested in having guests truly enjoy their property. They helped with transportation, suggested where to eat, explained where to get food and beer/wine. In short, they were the ultimate hosts; ever helpful but never intrusive. We loved everything about the island, this house, and our hosts. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy Roatan without the slightest hesitation.
