Offering all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, Villa Topaz's Guest House will envelop you in luxury.
With Caribbean ocean views, Villa Topaz offers two amazing master suites on each wing of the Villa. A suite isn't complete without a King size Layla mattress or Brooklinen sheets, comforters, pillows and towels. The ensuites are luxurious, with his and her sinks, outdoor showers with oversized rainheads and private water closets. Each bedroom even has large sliding doors leading to the expansive deck and amazing plunge pool - the perfect spot for watching the cruise ships, dining and lounging outside!
The central living space has a complete gourmet kitchen with stainless steel gas range, french door refrigerator and dishwasher. This fully stocked space includes all the amenities with the highest quality cookware, utensils, flatware, glasses and place settings. If you decide to eat in and enjoy grilling out, you will appreciate cooking on the Weber grill.
Sip cocktails on the deck while watching the passing cruise ships or simply enjoy a dip in pool at the end of an active day.

Most of our guests have found that air conditioning is not required with our trade winds and the ceiling fans. If you require air conditioning we ask that you turn it off when you are not enjoying the Villa!

Simply Stunning
Simply stunning. Minutes away from the best beaches and restaurants. Secluded and quiet with incredible views.
All I Can Say Is Wow!
All I can say is wow! Everything about this house blew us away. From the moment we walked in the door, it was very clean, had everything we needed, the views are spectacular and the hosts were very accommodating. We stayed in the main house for our first week, stunning views from every room. Very big and bright. We then moved to the guest house for our second week, it is so cozy and welcoming. We highly recommend, and already booked our next vacation with Villa Topaz.

Fantastic Stay!
My family and I had a fantastic stay over the Christmas holiday. The hosts were incredibly supportive of our requests during our stay, as we did not have a rental car. They arranged for private transportation to and from local attractions as well as the airport. The house was fully stocked with all of the items that you would expect including some beach gear that included towels, coolers, and some snorkeling gear. The Kimpton hotel which is right down the street has a fantastic beach and several gourmet restaurants, easily within 5 minutes walk. We utilized the private chef that was recommended by the hosts and have nothing but a good things to say, the food was top-notch! Please be aware, you are on an island so island time is a thing, just be flexible! We asked the hosts if by some chance they had a Christmas tree and they did! They even had some ornaments that we were able to put on the tree, which helped bring the Christmas spirit. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Our stay at Villa Topaz was exceptional. Chantelle and Paul were outstanding hosts, providing prompt and phenomenal service. The villa was impeccably clean—no stray hairs or signs of uncleanliness, which is rare even at luxury hotels. They supplied everything we needed, from coolers and travel cups to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which smelled wonderful.A standout feature was the complimentary laundry service, and they even took care of all the cleaning upon our departure. The hospitality surpassed that of a five-star hotel; we felt like VIPs throughout our stay. When we needed cash, Chantelle and Paul accommodated us by accepting Pay PalIn a minor mix-up, Chantelle thought we needed cash at a restaurant and walked over to help, only to find out we were back at the villa. She handled it with grace and never charged extra for any additional services. They treated us like friends rather than just guests. The service was top-notch, and we would definitely return!
Amazing Place
Amazing place and even better hosts! Chantelle and Paul live right next door, and if there were any issues, they were so quick to respond! They helped unload bags, made great recommendations, brought us alloy leaves for a couple of people thay got sunburnt and were super friendly. Can't say enough about our great stay! Thanks so much for the great week!

Simply Spectacular
This property is simply spectacular. Top notch everything including a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, patio with splash pool, and well functioning AC, wifi and entertainment equipment. Paul and Chantelle live in an adjacent unit and are the consummate hosts, always proactively offering assistance on everything from immigration entry forms to taxi service to restaurants. We came as strangers and left as friends. The view from the 2 bedroom lower is great (where we stayed), while the view from the upper 3 bedroom unit is 360 degrees and even better. It is on the top of a hill, a short walk from West Bay where most of the action is. The West End is not walkable as it requires a taxi. A high end property that is well worth it.
Dave, we can't wait for your next trip to Roatan and promise to make time for drinks and/or dinner one night. It was great meeting both of you and let's stay in touch. I am working on that shade sail for the lower deck!!Cheers, Paul & Chantalle
